We’re excited to announce that our Tuesday Open Youth Football Sessions have officially started, and the energy on the pitch has been nothing short of incredible. These sessions are designed to give young players from the community a chance to showcase their skills, develop their talent, and most importantly, enjoy the beautiful game in a positive and supportive environment.
Taking place every Tuesday evening, the sessions are open to players of all abilities who are passionate about football and want to be part of something special. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, refine your technique, or simply enjoy a weekly kickabout with your peers, our open sessions are the perfect opportunity to do so.
Our experienced and FA-qualified coaches are dedicated to helping players reach their full potential. Each session is structured to balance skill development with match play, ensuring that everyone gets a chance to learn and compete in a fun, inclusive setting. From drills to small-sided games, every player has the opportunity to grow both on and off the pitch.
But it’s not just about football, our sessions are about building community, building friendships, and instilling values like teamwork, discipline, and respect. At LAYP, we believe in creating a space where young people feel supported and motivated to succeed, both on and off the field.
We’re currently looking for more players to join us and become part of this exciting journey. If you’re aged between 6 -16 and have a passion for football, we’d love to see you at our next session. All you need to bring is appropriate footwear, a bottle of water, and a positive attitude!
